4 Notify your claim on the Assur-Lodge site (within 5 days of the loss or damage occurring), by clicking on REQUEST A REFUND,
and you upload the requested proof.
5 WE PROCESS YOUR FILE AND WE REFUND THE AMOUNTS PAID WITHIN 48 HOURS!

2 Your guest immediately receives by mail:

  • his insurance certificate,
  • the details of the general insurance conditions,
  • a file number and a password to identify yourself online.
3 In the event of loss or damage, your guest immediately notifies you.
4 Your guest notifies his claim on the Assur-Lodge site (within 5 days after the loss or damage), by clicking on REQUEST A REFUND,
and he uploads the requested proof.
5 We process his file and refund to him the amounts paid within 48 hours!
